The journey began in the 1970s to the present world of 2007. Life's changed a lot since the 1970s of my early childhood in simple Indian semi-rural-semi-urban landscape to mid-life blues of our present time when I am in my thirties. From simple vernacular Government controlled radio to Internet... globalization…climate change…increasing income divergence…terrorism. In May 2006, I faced riot in financial markets for loving Indian stock market too much for greedy-returns (with derivatives, sort of everything was gone, well barring my soul - if I have one). The shock and disbelief of the losses slowly transformed into mixed feelings. It prompted me to take a stock of my life. A review of this wandering journey is Wondering Man. In between the 1970s and 2007, there’s been a time span of over thirty years. And in these years, I wondered physically in many locations in various roles; I wondered mentally in the darkest alleys to the cleanest consciences. I wondered in the pursuit of something close to me, but still unknown to me. And that makes the journey forward so interesting. And life always was and would always be beautiful.
